Additional charge on the monthly bill

1000062573.jpgI have been charged the additional £10 for NOW Superfast 12 days. Has anyone seen it before? Reviewing the future bills the amount goes back to £25 which is what is expected. 

Could anyone shed a light as to what this could relate to? I was unable to speak to the advisor to get to the bottom of it.

I just realised I have moved the monthly payment to the 1st of the month 😅 so I was obviously charged for the extra days! 🙃

Did you take out a new broadband contract around the 19th August as it appears that you might have done so the 12 days reflects to this as it looks like it is back dated to when the offer was started.
