Add wife to account

Please can my wife be added to account I am suffering with hearing and it's annoying when I have to speak but can't here

@Ian1910  I'm afraid it's not possible to have 2 person on the account, however have you considered registering with the Accessibility Team as they have a number of different contact options. https://www.sky.com/help/articles/contacting-sky-accessibility

Like you I'm a customer here, Sky Employees are clearly identified as such.

If she knows the telephone password then she will be able to speak to Sky for certain changes (not cancellation for example).

I am just another Sky customer and my views are my own even if you don't like the answers

No they wouldn't talk to her she had to get me so annoying

Did she know the telephone password set up so Sky can identify you/her?

What was the purpose of the call? She cancel cancel any aspect of your account. 

Did you follow the advice from @GD1 and sign up for the Accessibility Team. 

If you have health issues that affect your ability to communicate, it may be worth registering with the Sky Accessibility Team who may be able to help now or in the future. Once registered there are also different methods of communication with this team other than phoning so have a look here… ~
