Active Blocked accounts

Hello, I would like to know why my account is blocked. I’m having issues with my payments, because every month Sky changes the payment method and I have to keep updating my card details on the website.

@Guilherme  You need to have a recurring Direct Debit or card payment setup as per the T&C's, Sky won't be changing it at will.  If you owe Sky money you'll need to pay what you owe before service can be reinstated.

 

You also shouldn't be making manual payments when you have a recurring payment method setup.

Like you I'm a customer here, Sky Employees are clearly identified as such.
