Account tied to another account and I can't access my bill

Hi,

My sky account seems to be tied to another account, I'm assuming my dads, and now my bill is restricted and some of my account functionality is weird.

Is there any way my account can be fixed? I'm not even sure why it would get tied to another account in the first place,

Why do you say this, do you are your Dad both have Sky accounts at different properties ?
