Account says 600 in credit and it goes towards next bill ?

 I logged into an old account and found it saying this, I'm abit confused. I've checked online and it says sky I can get it refunded but I'm not really sure where it's came from.

If that is an old closed account you will have to speak to Sky about getting that refunding by calling them.
