Account restricted with no outstanding debt
When trying to upgrade my phone on line, i get a pop up saying my account is restricted so I cannot upgrade, but I have no outstanding bills?

@Jody75 That's an error that seems to be popping up more and more recently, you will have to call Sky for assistance as the community team are not able to assist with this issue at the moment.
