@Flo14  Your post seemns to be incomplete, is it jst your account saying restricted or have all your services been restricted, there is a difference between the 2.

 

Like you I'm a customer here, Sky Employees are clearly identified as such.

Heya, thanks for your reply I am with sky since early this month and I have no unpaid bill, I have payment method set up, and Christmas Eve at 5,30 pm the telly went off and a message appear that I have to upgrade my subscription to view the channels that I have in my package, there is no option to upgrade, it says online my account is restricted, I am with them 2 weeks so no unpaid bill

Your first bill is payable a few weeks after activation so does this show via your account as being paid:

When I try to watch telly there is a message on the screen to watch this channel you need to upgrade your package but the channel I am trying to watch is already in my package I have no TV since Christmas eve
