@Flo14  Your post seemns to be incomplete, is it jst your account saying restricted or have all your services been restricted, there is a difference between the 2.

 

Like you I'm a customer here, Sky Employees are clearly identified as such.

Heya, thanks for your reply I am with sky since early this month and I have no unpaid bill, I have payment method set up, and Christmas Eve at 5,30 pm the telly went off and a message appear that I have to upgrade my subscription to view the channels that I have in my package, there is no option to upgrade, it says online my account is restricted, I am with them 2 weeks so no unpaid bill

Your first bill is payable a few weeks after activation so does this show via your account as being paid:

When I try to watch telly there is a message on the screen to watch this channel you need to upgrade your package but the channel I am trying to watch is already in my package I have no TV since Christmas eve

If that doesn't work then to contact Sky tomorrow you will need to use social media:

If you don't get any response then post back here tomorrow if you don't want to call as we can escalate your post to Sky messaging team who should hopefully contact you via a private messaging chat bubble on here.

Seeing as yesterday was Christmas Day you wouldn't have gotten a response from them.

 

DMs via the Sky Help Team on social media aren't live chats so you wouldn't get an immediate response from them even outside the festive period. I'd imagine it would take a couple of days over the festive period for them to be able to work through all the DMs and reach out.

Thanks a million, I have heard nothing back, it's just that it's Christmas and I have a  gang of kids and no telly, I know it's a 1st problem but would love to get sorted asap
