Hi there,
I recently missed a direct debit by a few days, so I manually paid the direct debit off.
The issue is, my account is now £45.39 in credit, can this be refunded and how would I go about requesting this?

Find out moreAs you have a direct debit set up when the payment fails Sky will try again in 10 days time so should this happen again you don't need to make the payment yourself. So is this what has happened then there are two ways to get the credit returned, you can either call Sky or we can alert Sky's messaging team on here who will contact you sometime tomorrow via a chat (not a live one) on here.

Find out moreTo get you some help with this I have escalated your post to the Sky Messaging team who will be in touch with you regarding this via a blue/red chat bubble which will appear at the bottom of this page. It can take up to a few hours to be contacted via this.

When the chat bubble does appear you have 48 hours to respond or it will be automatically closed. This isn't a live chat so replies are not instant.
