There was no need for another thread being started as you have this one and it's not connected to a Sky Mobile issue. 

Is the amount still showing as a credit on your Sky account? 

If you wish we can re-escalate this to the Messaging Team or alternatively you can call.

Is the amount still showing as a credit on your Sky account? If it isn't it suggests the process to refund may have started,

No its not showing anymore but with it being day 6 now and I suffer rom bad anxiety since having my baby I get easily worried especially when I'm told 3-5 days and still nothing 😕

It seems the forum filters have removed your last post. I saw that it said the credit is no longer showing on your Sky account so won't be re-escalating it, You just need to be patient.

Refund credit

Been waiting for my refund since the 3rd of July and now its appeared back on my account getting really fed up with being messed around any help would be appreciated
