Account in credit due to changing broadband provider
I am in credit on my account due to changing my broadband provider. When will credit be paid into my bank

@ladyejo Refunds normally take 6 weeks from closing the account, however we can ask the community messaging team to help with this if you wish.

To get you some help with this I have escalated your post to the Sky Messaging team who should be in touch with you sometime tomorrow morning regarding this via a blue/red chat bubble which will appear at this bottom of this page.

My account is in credit due to change broadband provider. I was wondering when I would get my credit as it is over £36.00. I changed provider on 9,th December 2024.
I've tried messaging but no joy. Can someone please help.
