I am in credit on my account due to changing my broadband provider. When will credit be paid into my bank

Yes I think that would be of help to me as I'm a pensioner and the refund would help.

Posted by a Superuser, not a Sky employee. Find out moreTo get you some help with this I have escalated your post to the Sky Messaging team who should be in touch with you sometime tomorrow morning regarding this via a blue/red chat bubble which will appear at this bottom of this page.

My account is in credit due to change broadband provider. I was wondering when I would get my credit as it is over £36.00. I changed provider on 9,th December 2024.
I've tried messaging but no joy. Can someone please help.
