Account in Credit and I would like a refund

My account is in credit, but I don't have any bank details attached to the account anymore, therefore I can't be refunded online.
Can I simply add my details back to the account to receive the refund or do sky have to manually do it now via post etc.

You can do this and the messaging team will advise you about this so to get you some help with this I have escalated your post to the Sky Messaging team who should be in touch with you sometime tomorrow morning regarding this via a blue/red chat bubble which will appear at this bottom of this page.

This link explains how this works so you will need to respond to the chat bubble at the bottom of the page when it appears:
