Account holder

I used to work for Sky, and lived at home with my parents. They already had sky but the account got changed to my name. I've now left sky, and no longer live with my parents. Can the account be changed back to my parents name

@Cj1996  Simple answer is no, Sky don't allow account ownership changes , what would have happened originally was your parents original account would have cancelled allowing your account to be setup at the same address, the only way round it is to do the same again 


unless there is a different mechanism for this for staff/ex staff, that I'm not aware of. @Lisa-P1987 any idea?
