Any idea how to get back credit on a closed broadband account spoke to sky multiple times they are no help my next months bill again shows the credit I still have direct debit setup am I missing something

Conflicting was told 24 hours never happened then told wait a month till next bill yet I can see my next months bill showing credit

Yea fully cancelled and closed I'm now with virgin I use my sky to check details and bills on closed account

If your direct debit has been cancelled, the refund will have nowhere to go.

I am now getting an error when trying to set it back up I didn't cancel the direct debit neither
