Account credit refund

Any idea how to get back credit on a closed broadband account spoke to sky multiple times they are no help my next months bill again shows the credit I still have direct debit setup am I missing something

@Kielj86  Refunds can take up to 6 weeks, how long have you waited?

Like you I'm a customer here, Sky Employees are clearly identified as such.

Conflicting was told 24 hours never happened then told wait a month till next bill yet I can see my next months bill showing credit

Are you sure your broadband account has been caneclled, how did you leave, did you get another network to take over your line or did you actually ask Sky to cancel which you needed to do if you were moving to Virgin.

Yea fully cancelled and closed I'm now with virgin I use my sky to check details and bills on closed account

To get you some help with this I have escalated your post to the Sky Messaging team who will be in touch with you sometime tomorrow regarding this via a blue/red chat bubble which will appear at the bottom of this page.

If your direct debit has been cancelled, the refund will have nowhere to go.

I am now getting an error when trying to set it back up I didn't cancel the direct debit neither
