Account credit after moving from BT

Hi, I have just moved from BT broadband to Sky broadband, part of the deal was SKY would credit my account with £100 for moving over as i had to pay off BT for leaving early while still in contract, how do i apply to get my account with Sky credited with the £100?

You do need to follow those instructions to the letter so you need to provide a copy of your BT bill with this charge clearly labelled as something like an early termination charge and also a copy of a statement showing that the bill has been paid.
