Account closed, but still a customer

Hi everyone,

I have sky broadband in 2016, after moving home im finish the contract. Im moving to new home in 2021 and I choose again a Sky, and all my details is on the same emeil like previous one. Now after 18months of contract I try to have some new contract but I can't view on my website or app in my  account. The information says "Your account is closed" and I can't fixed that by app or website. It is any other way to fixed? I don't like to call them and wait for an hours for support. Thanks for any buadvice 🙂

Re: Account closed, but still a customer

Posted by a Superuser, not a Sky employee. Find out more

@Michal1013 If you left Sky and are rejoining after more than 12 months away your old account would have been closed and a new one created

If you want to use the same email address as the old account you need to remove and replace it with a different address on the old account first

You can do this yourself via this link

https://www.sky.com/myaccount/my-details#M1014

Once done your free to create a new sky id using the same email address here
