I am trying to sign up for Sky Broadband but amn't able to because a Sky account already exists at my address. I have never previously registered with Sky and not at this address, so it is not mine. I cannot get through on any of the numbers I have seen so far because my mobile number isn't recognised as linked to the account that exists at my address. It wouldn't because it is not my account. O just want to get that account deactivated and sign up myself.
I am going in circles and there doesn't seem to be any way out.
