Account Holder with LPA managed by Wife with her mobile number. SKY mobile request another Email add
Account Holder with LPA. Wife manages. now ADDING Broadband. SKY MOBILE in my name will not accept the same Email adress to LOGIN. This doesn't make sense. Other Companies do operate a one EMAIL login to both accounts with LPA or DWP Appointees

Second SECURITY on any ACCOUNT BANK is via mobile with SECURITY Code. why not mobile/broadband
SKY Acciount holder in Name of LPA/ managed by wife: added Netflix, Sport. Thinking of changing current supplier to SKY Brandband to Husbands account beneficial Years with Sky. Sky Mobile in my Name. now informed i need another email address?
I receive SKY emails into my email address, but it appears i cannot use this mobile if in SKY Mobile, and need another email address, this does not make any sence. My Mobile has security lock.
Banks now use 2nd Security Features. tex MOBILE with a CODE, reply via voice or email. NHS online App recognize more in LPA due to age, not a problem, Energy Companies operate a DWP Appointee system using CARER email/mobile number.
I can currently log in to Account Holder of Husband with my Email address, but NOT if i open a SKY MOBILE Account in my name, again this does not make sence. SKY has to change with the times. BANKS NHS ENERGY GPs all HELP CARERS to make life easier.

Your abbreviated use of language is quite hard to understand, and I'm unclear how the Community here can help with this. I suspect the requirement for a different email address is operational, rather than an intentional policy matter.

I raised why Lasting Power of Attorney LPAs are an inportant 'TOOL' for EVERYONG young and OLD to be 'highlighted'. and necessary if you want to remain in CONTROL and able to HELP and SUPPORT them when they can no longer Function with their DEMENTIA or any other Disability.
I have read more than once Account Holder/LPA have no idea who to send this DOCUMENT to or the ADDRESS. This is BASIC ;'stuff'.
I found out by chance i can add to an Account HOLDER, but NOT CLOSE the ACCOUNT, unless i have a LPA Lasting Power of Attorney.
I am a CARER/Campaigner NOT a Complainer; DIFFERENCE is identify how SKY could change 'old habits' by LOOKING into how other Agencies have CHANGED to make lives easier for CARERS..
NHS online App allows Carers to access Medical Reciords. Octopus ALSO changed the way they support Carers like me. CARER email into Account in Husbands name on a LPA 'Lasting Power of Attorney' they current only CONTACT me via Email address, and tex my mobile. SKY have to change OLD 'habits' and move with the times. This is NOT a COMPLAINT

I don't like repeating myself, but it becomes boring when the only POINT you made was my reference to LPAs, either you don't have them, or chose NOT to say.'Iit would be helpful if BLONDY did type it out in full. the LPA. 'Lasting Power of Attorney' I must remember not to use 'JARGON' although LPAs always used by AGENCIES.
