Hello. My mother has a Sky TV account which was set up by my brother some time ago. He is now estranged and refusing to give my mother the details of the account. It seems impossible to find a number to speak to someone at Sky without the password etc. She pays for the account and it is obviously registered to her adddress. WIthout being able to speak to an actual human she is stuck. Please can someone help with this as my Dad reccently passed away so she wishes to change her package to something more affordable. All of the numbers i have tried on her behalf are automated and require a password which she doesnt have.

Find out moreIf your Mother isn't the account holder then she will not be able to talk to Sky without the telephone password as this is in place so that Sky know they are talking to the correct people but even if she knew what it was she might not be able to change the package as I believe only the account holder can do this.
If she/you has an online account then she might be able to order herself something.
