What the Hell Sky!!!
Account blocked as can't afford to pay the bill until the 22nd (which I don't mind) but tried to access the films/TV shows I have bought on the Sky Store via the Q Box for my little girl and can't access them. Surely Sky don't have the right to block access to my purchases as they have already been bought and paid for over the last 10+ years! and why are they allowed to block access to Apps that I don't even pay for through then (Disney +). Just to top it off you can't even speak to a human to sort things out. I don't know any other company where you can't speak to someone to sort out payment issues. Particularly in the current climate its incredibly tone deaf!!!

If your services have been restricted (and it’s normally only a missed payment that triggers this), any calls to Sky will direct you to make the payment.
