I have returned all our old sky Q equipment and also received confirmation that you have received it but you have asked for it again today

without the proof it's skys discretion over whether they will refund or cancel the non return fee.
The return process is slow as sky use a third party who may take several weeks to process the return and inform Sky the equipment has been returned.

I posted our box back on Tuesday 5th December and the tracking still shows in progress. I've also had follow ups from sky requesting the equipment is returned.

As you have confirmed you have tracking information I’ve escalated your post to Sky and the Messaging Team may contact you later.
Look out for a blue/red speech bubble at the bottom of your forum page. You’ll have 48 hours to click on it and start the private chat or it will close automatically. If you fail to respond to a chat reply within 48 hours the chat will again close down automatically even if your issue hasn’t been resolved. Replies from Sky aren’t instant so you’ll need to check the chat thread fairly regularly.
