Hello iam being contacted by ACI regarding an outstanding charge on my sky account I need this rectified because I don't owe anything

@Nattsalmon have you checked your Sky bills to confirm that there's nothing outstanding? If things as far as a debt recovery agent, you should have had several emails or letters from Sky about this already - have you followed them up?

Hey yes I have the only thing I can think of is I cancelled my sky tv subscription because after months of the signal freezing and glitching out we decided that it's my area or house I still have the WiFi account they wavered the early cancellation charge so that's what I'm assuming I'm just googling the customer service help fone number but I'm not getting through too the right department so annoying 😡 thank you for your help tho
