A payment has been taken before installation date

A payment on my sky account of £15 has come out of my accout before its been installed. What do I do?

What's the payment for as some services are automatically charged even if they are not activated  (it's in the terms).

 

e.g. Stream: "One to watch out for: If you don’t activate your Sky Stream puck within 21 days of delivery, your subscription and billing will start automatically."

I am just another Sky customer and my views are my own even if you don't like the answers

It was for the tv subscription, but it's not being installed until the 6th May?

Hi @TerriJ22   Your service has probably already started. Try using Sky Go, which is normally fully open so you can sample all the Sky channels. Once the installation is completed, it will be locked down.
