Hi,
So for the first time in 22 years of being with sky I've hit finacial difficulty dating back to last month, I'm now £110 in arrears with the final attempt of payment being tried on Thursday,
I can clear the full balance plus next month's payment in full which will be around £170 and that point.
I've seen lots of threads that sky so not accept payment plans but when I spoke with them last month they happily carried the balance forward and reactivated my services with no problems,
I explained that in march I can catch up in full.
So my question is and hoping will I be able to carry the balance over one more time and avoid my services being permanently suspended?

Posted by a Sky employeeWhat you are talking about is not a payment plan.
Payment plans are strictly for cancelled accounts, and are paid on a set date every month for 10 months in order to pay off a debt, and your services remain blocked.
What has happened for yourself is that a manager decided to allow your services to be reinstated with the promise of payment on the next bill, based on a good payment history. It is not likely that a manager will allow this to happen again as it is promoting an unhealthy debt cycle and we try to be responsible when it comes to debt.
