6 year tenure put down to 1 year after upgrading my package

I upgraded my account the other day and my tenure was set back down to 1 year even though iv been with sky 6 years this is the second time it's happened to my tenure witch does affect what I see in my sky vip rewards as well as my entries to competitions  I was resurred last time it was all sorted and no how am I supposed to feel a valued customer.

In particular circumstances it happens because the upgrade requires a new account to be opened for you. Sky will correct it if you ask them to. I had 25 years reinstated after switching to Sky Glass/Stream.

Okay maybe from your opinions witch I respect you giving but I've actually won some pretty cool experiences and days out for the family through sky vip it's just like the lottery sometimes u win sometimes u dont
