£50 prepaid mastercard never received

Hi there,

I joined Sky on 21.4.24 and I was told that in my offer I would receive a £50 prepaid mastercard in the post 45days after signing up.

I never got this, any idea how to chase this?

Give Sky a call so they can look to see if it was included on your order when you placed it.

150 is the free number to use from a Sky Mobile or Sky Talk phone otherwise under "Need more help ?" link at the bottom of the page on this link is the number to call Sky on:
