5 months of lies from about four customer reps in India I summer telling lies to the existent

Since the start of this year Sky has had major issues providing our service,
I have spoken to many customer advisors in India and the majority seem unable to sort out simple problems.
For example lied to by a manager who messed up renewal of the contracts for the TV package and mobile phone both have cost us considerably more money than the so called deal that was nothing but figment of his imagination.
 
When I called a call handler who was united kingdom based and sort of sorted out the mobile contract issue and told me the so called manager in India had ballsed it up completely and that cost us £20 extra funny enough NOT at all funny.
 
Then during the update of the software our service was bricked off for four days no chance of trying to call yourself as the phones on your end weren't working seems to be an issue with skyn did we get compensation for this NO absolutely zero I only found out it was a issue with sky's software when a nice gentleman came out to us for £65.00;plus VAT so more money once again.
 
Now back to today's issues I was told weeks ago it was possible to change my payment date to the 17th of any month as that's the day we now get paid by the company who bought us over this was done allegedly and I was confirmed by your advisor once again in India on a phone call.
Then sky sent me a email saying you take payments on the 17th of August the advisor told us to cancel the direct debit payment and it could be payed over the phone so another miss truth.
But at the same time sky took £41 from my bank  account nobody in India could figure why?
Then today you have cut us off ?
Considering your advisor confirmed it has been set up for payment on the 17th of August or is that yet another lie on behalf of sky,?
 
And you have sent another email stating yet another sum to pay literally bemused and utterly confused we have no idea why we are cut off considering at least three call handlers confirmed change of payment date to 17th of August and 17th onwards  not the 1st of every month.
 
 
18 year as a customer if this is Sky idea of customer service and interaction then you have serious issues.
 Something very wrong has gone wrong with this account to the point I am truly sick of It
 
I hope someone in Sky can help sort this utter confusing experience out.
We are absolutely sick and tired of it 
I really want this sorted out quickly by someone in Sky who can sort this as at present my wife is sick of it between dealing with her health issues now this she's had enough I really don't blame her.
