5 calls on my bill which I don’t remember using amounting to just over £3. Need checkup.

5 talk calls to number ending in '777'. It is in fact my doctors surgery but 5 calls within a few minutes 4 of which just last for seconds doesn't seem right. I have no recollection on these calls on the 5th September and I need you to provide a measure of proof.

I haven't contacted my doctor for some time now and always use my mobile when doing so. I know it's  a small amount of money but needs to be checked.

The  bill concerned is '26 September-25 October'

You'll need to speak to Sky - we're a customer Community. They're likely to say that, in the absence of a reported fault, these calls can only appear on your bill, if they were made on your line. That's the proof.
