£5 and £20 charge showing up on my online bank account as "Sky Digital Intern 6115"

I cancelled my installation.

The issue is there is a £5 and £20 charge showing up on my online bank account as "Sky Digital Intern 6115".

Sky didn't refund them.

The advice from earlier in the thread which is that if you don't want to engage with the sky messaging team then the only other option is to call Sky. Last time this was escalated you didn't respond to them so the chat closed after 48 hours of inactivity. If you would like we can re-escalate to the messaging team but will you be able to engage with them if we do?

Well seeing as the post above said the chat with the messaging team was closed after 48 hours because you didn't respond, then i'm not surprised nothing at all has happned.

I'd suggest you phone Sky at your own convenience if you want this resolved, then you will be able to engage with a Sky rep at your leisure.

You can call on 150 from a Sky Talk Line or Sky Mobile.

If you haven't got a current Sky Mobile or Sky Talk this link should help:
https://www.sky.com/help/home Scroll down and click on ‘Need more help’ and it provides a 0333 number. If you are in the ROI on the same link change the flag in the very bottom corner to the ROI flag to obtain an 0818 number.

Re: £5 and £20 charge showing up on my online bank account as "Sky Digital Intern 6115"

When we chatted, I was told that the money would be transferred to my account within 15 business days. I was told I didn't need to do anything else. We had the same conversations 2-3 times before, but again there was no payment. It's not a situation caused by me. And I could never connect to the right person on the phone. Could you please solve this little problem?
Thanks.

@Sinan72

Edit… have merged with original thread

You’re not talking to Sky Customer Services. This is a customer based forum where customers try to help other customers.

If we escalate this to Sky again are you going to fully engage in the process? The alternative is you call again.

I would be happy if they contact me again. We talked 3-4 times and they said they would pay the money, but unfortunately it was not paid.

@Sinan72

I've re-escalated this to the Sky Messaging team who should be in touch with you regarding this within the next 48 hours via a colourful chat bubble which will appear at the bottom of this page.

You may need to refresh your browser for the chat bubble to appear.

This link explains how this works so you will need to respond to the chat bubble at the bottom of the page when it appears:
"https://community.sky.com/t5/Did-you-know/Escalating-a-post-to-a-Sky-expert/ba-p/3711147"

When the chat bubble does appear you have 48 hours to respond or it will be automatically closed. Please note this isn't a live chat so replies may not be instant.

@Sinan72

To get you some help with this I have escalated your post to the Sky Messaging team who should be in touch with you regarding this via a blue/red chat bubble which will appear at the bottom of this page. It can take up to a few hours to be contacted via this.

This link explains how this works so you will need to respond to the chat bubble at the bottom of the page when it appears by typing it it to start the chat:

https://community.sky.com/t5/Did-you-know/Escalating-a-post-to-a-Sky-expert/ba-p/3711147

When the chat bubble does appear you will need to respond to it as soon as you can or it will be closed if there is no response within 48 hours. To start the conversation just type in it.
This isn't a live chat so replies are not instant.
