I have just been perusing sky's various deals and notice that they appear to be for 18 month duration However the agent who signed me up last year, in our local shopping centre, told me my deal was for 3 years which she has written down. Has anyone else had a 3 year deal?

Are your 'in contract' dates showing 18 or 36 months?

I doubt it, no. Also note a 'deal' typically doesn't preclude the annual price increase anyway.
