I have just redeemed my 3 months free with Apple tv, after completing the necessary screens, it said waiting to to be connected to Apple. But this never happened and it eventually disconnected.

This is the second time this has happened, my Sky app shows I have redeemed the offer, so the opportunity has now gone. Surely I can't be the only person this has happened to.
