2 payments taken

Hi 2 payments has been taken i made a payment manually and then a payment has also been took i have checked my sky account and 1 of the payments has gone down as credit can this be refunded

@Kieranosbourn  You don't need to be making manual payments if you have a recurring payment such asa direct debit, as you've found this does not stop  diect debit from being taken.

 

This comes up on a daily basis, they did not "take" 2 payments they took 1 payment, you made the additional payment.

 

Any over payment will be used towards your next bill or you can call and ask for a refund.

Like you I'm a customer here, Sky Employees are clearly identified as such.

To get you some help with this I have escalated your post to the Sky Messaging team who should be in touch with you regarding this via a blue/red chat bubble which will appear at the bottom of this page. It can take up to a few hours to be contacted via this.
