2 account issue

Hi all

I have just changed to sky glass from q

All OK but my tv account disappeared from  my sky just left my mobile account, been on to sky and they say you cannot have 2 accounts at same address so change the e mail on one which I tried but it would not let me,as a result I have lost paramount + has cannot pair with my tv account because its not there. The only way to see my tv account  is on the tv itself but this is limited.
