WHY have I just been debited £152 in non-return fees?!?!?!?!?!
Sky said they would send packaging out to me to return the equipment. You didn't, and I forgot about it. WHY DEBIT ME ALL THIS MONEY WITHOUT WARNING OR FOLLOWING UP TO ASK WHERE THE EQUIPMENT IS?
My self-employed business is already DOWN THE **bleep**TER and I can barely make ends meet. Now what!!! I can't deal with any more businesses siphoning money from me. THERE'S NOTHING LEFT!

Although you might not have received the packaging it is your responsibility to return the box as you can do so by using any box you have as you can print own label via here:

Add a note inside with your account number and a list of equipment you have included.
Make sure you get and keep proof of posting when sending this off.
Once it has been returned and tracking shows that it has arrived post back here as we can help you to get the charge refunded.
