£100 voucher with Sky full fibre broadband

When I signed up for sky I was told I'd get a voucher email up to 120 days later. I'm not there yet but I wondered how long it typically takes to receive the voucher?

Well it seems like it should be but my product isn't mentioned there and I never received a 15 digit reference. It was the voucher that made it the best deal compared to Talktalk who I was with before.

How did you sign up to Sky so if it wasn't via the Sky website I would contact whoever you signed up with for help.

I signed up via a link on the MSE website. I'd read somewhere the voucher should be mentioned on my bill but I can't see it

Can you remember if that link then took you to the Sky website as you might have used a comparison site so if this is the case it would be up to this site to get the voucher to you.

No I never used a comparison site, it was just a link to the offer. I've messaged them now so we'll see what they say

No but you've reminded me as I'd forgot all about it, it's almost 5 months now. I'll try again and post any news

giftcloud have got back to me "Thank you for your patience while we looked into your query. Sky have confirmed that your account is live and that you are eligible for a reward, which will be sent to you within 5 - 10 working days via email."
