Hi can someone help me please. Around December I got the broadband package of £26 a month. But I got charged £26 in December which is fine but then in January I paid nothing but then in Feb I paid £44 which is very confusing and then when I look on my bills it's saying £0 on all the months?! If someone could help please thank you

Thank you so much. I've just had a direct debit of £29.50 it's so strange as every month should be £26 that was the package I ordered. Thanks again for the help
