MYsky keeps asking for a UK postcode

I'm in Ireland and my Sky ID is set to Ireland, but My Sky still asks for a UK postcode. My Eircode is rejected. I'm unable to get through to a person on the Irish phone number. Please escalate this to the Ireland support team and help me resolve it.

We can not escalate to an Ireland support team I'm afraid.

Have you made sure the Ireland flag is showing on your account ?

Yes Ive done this! It wont let me in without entering a postcode and keeps asking for a UK one. I've tried deleting and reinstalling app.. I'll ring customer care tomorrow
