Issue with Sky ID linking

So after being kicked out of my account, the day I recieved my new mobile and tablet. I havent been able to activate my sims because although weirdly after setting up a new account, they make it so my old one is working again. Yet not the sky mobile part?? Supposedly I have to link my sky id but I put the right name postcode debit card number yet it still doesn't work!! I have had enough tbh
