topic MySky app error indicator for Sky Q box in Mobile Apps & Websites

The MySky app has consistently shown a "there's a problem with your Sky Q box" error indicator. The sky box is working fine, I can see everything I want, there are no on screen error messages. Whenever I try to go through the troubleshooter on the app it gives me options to fix problems that don't exist. I exit the troubleshooter with nothing resolved but the box is still working fine. On the hand - if it ain't broken don't fix it. On the other, the persistent unclearable error message on the app is annoying.

As you are not to the first to report this issue there does seem to be an issue with the app that is wrongly reporting issues with faults that are not occurring.
