I'm having issues logging in to Apple TV app on my sky stream pucks. Are they compatible?

Hey, @GeorgeKenny ! Yes, the Apple TV app is compatible and available natively on Sky Stream pucks. You can use it to watch Apple TV+ original series and movies by signing in with your Apple ID.

So why do I get unable to log in on the 2 pucks I've tried. I can log in on my phone so there's no issue on Apple side
