    <description>&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp; Yesterday, I tried to access this Sky Community site via my bookmark on my Acer laptop ( Chrome ). I saw the homepage, clicked on the Sign In icon &amp;amp; got a Status 400 - Bad request message. I then tried via an Incognito tab &amp;amp; it worked fine, so I used that.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp; After I had finished, I cleared my cache &amp;amp; cookies, tried again ( not via Incognito ) &amp;amp; it was working again. Today, though, the same thing has happened as yesterday. Any ideas as to how I can fix this?&lt;/P&gt;</description>

I had already cleared the cache &amp;amp; cookies for the last 4 weeks, as mentioned in my first post, but that didn't work. However, I have given it another go today by clearing for the last 7 days &amp;amp; it seems to have done the trick.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
