Unable to access Disney + on mobike

Tried everything but unable to use Disney + on iPhone. Any ideas ?

@Bacardikid do you have an active Disney account with sky? If yes are you using the same credentials as you logged in with on sky hardware

Yes free with Sky. Works on tv but won't let me sign in on iPhone.

@Bacardikid And what happens if you login on the phone using same Disney login information as you used on the sky hardware

@Bacardikid assuming you have downloaded the Disney app from the Apple app store you should be able to go to this app and select the sign in button, you don't need to sign up again

Downloaded app and doesn't work. Could it be because I don't have multi screen ?

@Bacardikid it's nothing to do with multi room

when you open the app do you see the login button at the bottom of the page like the image below (will appear once approved) if yes click on it and sign in using the same details as you did on your sky hardware

Yes. Disney app just saving no active subscription on mobile but sky q says activation complete.
