Sky Sports Livestream issues

Hello. I currently have to watch have Sky Sports via the website on my Mac. It's been working fine since January but only on Firefox. At 6pm today that stopped working too. My Mac is too old for the app, but a friend who watches it on a much newer PC through Microsoft Edge now has the same error message. It says Sky Sports Livestream is currently unavailable. Does anyone know what has happened? Has three been an update? Thanks in advance. Kevin, Epsom Downs

My sky sports app has suddenly stopped showing live channels. Tried to get help from customer services who really could not be bothered or at least that's in the impression I got. Very disappointed and upset as I'm paying for something that is not working.

I have the same problem - no livestream sports available on my iPhone

Sky Go is working OK, though. This is either a major outage or they've taken all the channels off the website to put them behind a pay wall, as someone suggested elsewhere. Hopefully it's a technical issue.

I have exactly the same. Stopped working yesterday. Have used for years. Cannot see any live channels on watch now. I am a virgin media customer, always logged in with that link. Please let us know if get fixed! Called both - no help

I've got access to Livestreram again this morning, so must have been a technicla issue and all good now.
