Do you pay Sky or TNT for access to the channels ?

I have sky to which now includes HBO but, can't access tnt sports through hbo but, I can through the tnt app on my iPad were I watch sky go.

So, if my account says reg for hbo but, the sky app won't allow to watch tnt sports through my hbo app on my sky platform
