My sky app not working on my iPhone

The my sky app is not working on my iPhone. I have deleted it and reinstalled it and have also turned off the vpn. It still doesn't work. Can anyone help?

When I click on the app it opens to a white screen with the word sky at the top and then in a nano second it kicks me off and goes back to the app.

Is the sofware on your phone up to date and also are there any updates for the app itself ?

I have the same issue. It asks for my postcode but then says it's not correct. I can then click the little person icon and I'm signed in but can't use any features.
