Unsupported Location but I am in the UK

In the last few weeks I have not been able to open any sky sports or

news video clips as I get the message 'Usupported Location', yet I am in the UK and not using VPN.

Has something changed in Sky recently that is preventing me

from accessing these,

or can anyone suggest how I can fix this?

Forgot to say I am using an iPhone 12 to access these clips, just in case anyone knows of it being an issue with apple

Can you use the Sky Go app, if not are you using the private relay function if it is available on your iPhone 12 ?

Sky Go is working fine. It is just accessing video clips of news/sport that bring up the message

I am having the same issues on samsung device, so we can rule out apple specific issues.

Skygo fine, sky sports unsupported location... in London.

Your IP Address may be detected as not being in the UK, either contact Sky and/or your ISP

I am having exact same issue! My internet provider is EE but all Sky Sports Videos show the same message! anyone know any solutions?

Also having exactly the same issue. Ironically have just switched to Sky Fibre ....Never had the issue on previous ISP...

If anyone has any luck fixing shout loudly please!

This is happening to me. Using WiFi the location is unsupported, however switch the WiFi off and use 5G the video plays, checked my IP address which is in the uk.
Contacted my provider and they cannot help
