is there any issue with the mysky app? I am trying to book cinema tickets for the kids but it wont log me in on any device despite the user and password being correct

Are you seeing the "hang on, we are under maintenance" message because if so that is what I am seeing as well. The last time this happened I left it for 24 hours then had to delete the app before installing it again to get back into it.
