Disney+ app on android tablet not logging in

It is kind of my fault. My son signed my app in when the new deal started and it worked fine, but I was overthinking something and logged out, now I can't log back in using the Sky account details, it is only interested in mysky accounts. Been like this for about a week now. I'm not really good at watching stuff on the main TV and would love my android app back again

I didn't mean mysky I meant mydisney. I should also have mentioned i have tried the website and pretty much I am just going round in circles. The account email used is our son's and he doesn't return til next week so I can't use any codes they send either

Hi everyone. Problem fixed. My son came home and tried and firstly I was using the wrong password and secondly he could receive a code on his phone so he had it up and running in minutes. Thank you for looking
