Unable to stream live TV on managed device

Unable to watch live sport on the Sky Sports app (specifically F1). The device I am trying to watch on is one of my managed devices.

Hi - Thank you for responding. This so frustrating! The error message that I receive says that I am watching on the maximum number of devices. Besides my TV (which is not on ) I have an ipad and a phone nominated as my managed devices. I am watching live on Sky Go on the ipad and trying to watch the driver tracker on the Sky Sports app on my phone. I did this all of last year without any issues. Any ideas what I need to do to solve this? Thank you.
