    <description>&lt;P&gt;I managed to fix this by going to my provider. They did a software flush which took about 30 minutes. In addition, not sure if this adjusted my parental controls on my account, but they had gone to maximum, so had to reset them as well to get access.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I have a SKY BET app on my Samsung S25 FE and my provider is with EE. The app works fine on WIFI, but crashes everytime on 5G connection( or any mobile data). The message says "it's not you its us" and says unfortunately the app crashed. Restarting, clearing cache, reinstalling the app, software update, app update, phone restart, mobile network reset have all been tried, and it still will not work&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Despite it's name Sky Bet isn't a Sky app as the company that runs is has a licence&amp;nbsp;to allow&amp;nbsp;them to use the Sky name so you might want to contact them about this is the app you have installed&amp;nbsp;is up to date software&amp;nbsp;wise.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;So I had this problem and it was because EE had automatically turned on my parental controls for some reason.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I went onto the EE app and went to my account, Settings &amp;amp; Permissions, Manage Settings, Data &amp;amp; Usage and then Turn off Parental Controls (Mines was on for some reason).&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Hope this helps&lt;/P&gt;</description>
